with dry and cool climate at the time of groundnut harvest in rajasthan, the peanut have adequate moisture to decorticate & therefore we do not sprinkle water on groundnut pods before shelling and keep the natural moisture of peanuts right from shelling to final packing. This prevents sweating of peanuts in transit.
we have expertise in peanuts grading suitable for edible grade and further roasting as well.
Our women workers are trained and have an expertise of picking those kernels, which can cause problems after roasting.
Kernels are handpicked thrice for removing imperfect kernels and discolored kernels. This prevents dark patch or surface discoloration after roasting & ensures uniformity.
We prepare & grade peanuts to successfully withstand all international standards & pass through stringent quality tests like hplc & tlc for aflatoxins, moisture levels, impurities & imperfect kernels including exact mm size.
