Guigoz Infant Formula

Iron-enriched infant formula composed of demineralized whey, skim milk, sucrose, maltodextrin, palm olein, milk fat, low erucic rapeseed oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, calcium citrate, potassium chloride, potassium citrate, vitamins, taurine, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium iodide, magnesium chloride, manganese sulphate.
Properties
GUIGOZ 1 is the product of choice when infants cannot be breastfed. The caseinwhey ratio in GUIGOZ 1 is 5545 resulting in amino-acid pattern in GUIGOZ close to human milk. GUIGOZ 1 contains 5.3 mg100ml of taurine, as does breast milk, and is enriched with carnitine. GUIGOZ 1 new fat mix supplies essential fatty acids in optimal quantities. GUIGOZ has an osmolarity of 285mOsmlitre.
Indications
For the routine feeding of healthy infants from birth onwards, as a supplement to breast-feeding, or when breastfeeding is not adopted or discontinued.
Dosage and Administration
A feeding table corresponding to the needs of the average infant is supplied with each tin. It is based on a standard dilution rate of 13.4g of GUIGOZ 1 to 90ml of water to obtain 100ml of formula feeding (i.e. 67Kcal per 100ml). The scoop in the tin contains 4.5g of GUIGOZ 1 when filled level. 1:30 dilution i.e. 1 scoop GUIGOZ 1 to 30ml of water is the recommended standard dilution.
