the detachable plate heat exchanger is a heat exchanger with compact structure and high heat exchange efficiency�and it has been used for decades.detachable plate heat exchanger is mainly used in the processing of milk.because of its small size, easy disassembly, cleaning and other characteristics, it is widely used in food processing, beverage, processing.at present, the detachable plate heat exchanger is widely used in petrochemical, power, paper, metallurgy, fuel ethanol, waste heat recovery, regional heating and other industries.in the process as a heater, cooler, and even can be used as refrigeration system evaporator and condenser.
at present, our company production of detachable plate heat exchanger with a maximum temperature of 250 �, the maximum pressure is 2.5mpa, the maximum assembly area of up to 2000m2.plate has a variety of stainless steel, titanium, nickel, hastelloy alloy, can be used for different applications.the detachable plate heat exchanger has a great advantage to some special process fluids, such as the condensation of multi component medium steam, the heat transfer of medium with different boiling points, etc.
The advantages of detachable plate heat exchanger:
1.high heat transfer coefficient.plate heat exchanger with small runner and corrugated sheet to make the flow direction and velocity of the fluid change continuously.therefore, it can reach the turbulent flow at a small flow rate and has a high heat transfer coefficient.

2.great adaptability.we could adjust the heat exchange area by increase or decrease the plate sheet.a heat exchanger can be divided into several units, which can be used to heat or cool several kinds of fluid at the same time.
3.compact structure,small volume and less supplies.the heat transfer area can reach 250 m2 per cubic meter, and the heat transfer surface is only about 15 kg per square meter.
