Product Overview

Yash Machine presents WM series heavy duty lathe machines in 5 models for different capacities with latest engineering technology for fast & safe machining. The whole structure of the machine is made of solid cast iron material. Here, we have provided the following features such as,

Stress relieved bed and precise spindle structure which helps for flawless performance.
Gear box is new model and the feed box is provisioned with multiplicity of thread machining positions.
This lathe shows high speed performance with the help of choosy components like high spindle torque, head stock with mechanical clutch or electromagnetic clutch.
The whole equipment is designed as per CE certification requirements.
We have applied electromagnetic clutch which is a CE certified from TUV Rheinland, Germany.

We have five different models of WM series imported heavy duty lathe machines including the following

WM01/40S-Model No CDS 6240B : This model varies in terms of swing over bed which is 400mm and swing over carriage which is 230mm. The swing over gap is 700mm.

WM01/50S-Model No CDS 6250B : Swing over bed and swing over carriage for this model is 500mm and 290m respectively. The swing over gap is 760mm.

WM01/56S-Model No CDS 6256B : With 560mm of swing over bed and 350mm of swing over carriage this model contains 780mm of swing over gap.

WM01/66S-Model No CDS 6266B : It has 660mm of swing over bed and 440mm of swing over carriage and 870mm of swing over gap.

WM01/76S-Model No CDS 6276B : This model contains the maximum swing over bed capacity which is 760mm and swing over carriage is 540mm. The swing over gap is 965mm.
The models are selected based on the swing over bed, swing over gap and swing over carriage capacities. Apart from standard accessories we, provide plethora of optional accessories for safe working which includes 4-jaw chuck, rolling live center, CE electrics, larger follow rest, taper turning attachments, larger steady rest, etc.
