MACHO Engineering Industries is specialized in manufacturing helical springs used in many applications such as automotive, aerospace and consumer goods. While the most common and prevalent form of helical springs is straight cylindrical spring made from round wire, many other forms can also be produced at our manufacturing unit, including conical, barrel, or hourglass shaped, etc. Our manufactured helical springs are used to reduced solid height, buckling and surging, or to produce non-linear load deflection characteristics.  

We custom manufacture this precision machined helical springs in different shapes, sizes and end configurations.  We use materials which include brass, stainless steel, bronze, copper and nickel chrome. We help our customers to produces this helical springs in short to large quantity production runs with and without finish including black oxide, painted, passivated, shot peened, zinc-plated and electroplated.Though we produce and offer a broad range of standard springs, with our cutting-edge automation equipments, most of our customer's spring applications require a custom design. We offer solutions from sketching, designing, engineering, quality checking and packaging services as an integrated solutions. Our value-added services such as hardness testing, polishing, burnishing, plating, patching, drilling, cut downs, grinding & passivation are also available as per our client's requirements.
