High Intensity Roller Type Magnetic Separator

Magnetic rolls available in various widths up to 1200. Magnetic rolls available in three different magnetic strengths. Variable speed AC geared motor drive adjustable from 0 to 150 RPM drives the Roll.A variable rate vibratory feeder with controls provided for feeding. Abrasion sresistant endless conveyor Belts wiht thickness of 0.25/0.5mm is provided with the Machine.

A short conveyor belt envelopes the Magnetic roll and a tensioning idle roll. A suitable feeder discharges material on the belt. The ferro magnetic and paramagnetic particles adhere to the belt while the non magnetic particles flow freely at the end of the conveyor.

MAGNETIC ROLL ASSEMBLY :

The magnetic rolls incorporated in our machines have been specially designed and developed to generate exceptionally high magnetic field and gradient. The rolls which are built using rare earth Nd-Fe-B are manufactured to very low dimensional tolerances.

APPLICATIONS :
Our Machines find use in various types of industrial Minerals applications, such as Abrasives refractory and ceramic raw materials beneficiation, alumina, carbide,silica, quartz, magnesite, etc. Glass raw materials cleaning silicasand, Quartz, feldspar, dolomite,etc.Ultra high purity quartz cleaning. Graphite upgrading, manganese ore beneficiation of iron ore, recovery of metals from slag removal of ferro silicates from limestone, magnetite, etc.

TEST FACILITIES :

Testing facilities are available on machine at our works. A small sample around 5-10 kgs. of material can be tested free of cost and performance of our machine can be demonstrated.
