Himalayan cinnamon is primarily cinnamomum tamala which is different from ceylon cinnamon or true cinnamon (cinnamomum verum). All properties being same, himalayan cinnamon's bark are thicker in size as compared to ceylon cinnamon. We can supply himalayan cinnamon from the forests of assam, india.
