HMDN coal washing magnetic separator is a kind of full countercurrent wet magnetic separation equipment specially designed for the recovery of magnetic medium in heavy medium coal preparation plant. The heavy medium content in the feed slurry can be in the range of 87-260kg/m, and the recovery rate of the heavy medium is up to 99.7%-99.9%. The tank body is made of stainless steel, which can prolong the service life of the whole machine. This machine has continuous feeding and discharging functions, in addition, it can be used in tandem to make more efficient preparation.

The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field, the ferromagnetic mineral is attracted to the surface of the cylinder, and the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are flowed out by the water. As the rotation of the cylinder, the ferromagnetic mineral on its surface is taken out and flushed into the concentrate tank by water to complete the separating operation.
