The system is used for heating of hygroscopic plastic granules and removing the surface moisture through them. It is mounted directly on the injection Moulding / Extruder machine.
PID Temperature controller for accurate and precise temperature control.
Uniform air distribution for proper heating of granules.
Double wall system / Glass wool insulated.
Hopper internal parts are made of SS.
Heater pipe is made out of Aluminum.
Air blower is fitted with damper to control air flow.
Split type construction for easy cleaning during material change.
Offline option also available with frame and suction box.
Powder coated.
Capacity : 15 liters to 2400 liters.
