Horizontal Autoclave

Horizontal autoclave is triple walled. Inner Chamber is made of SS 316. All other chambers, boiler, lid and radial arms made of SS 304. Robust and weld all argon welded construction. The door is have self-locking safety system Pressure is controlled from 1.2 to 1.5 Kg.cm2. Provided with multiport valve for easy operation. Supplied with complete IQ, OQ& PQ documentation. This Equipment is complete with PLC Controller, 8 channel automatic recorder. 4 Different piezostat at different depth to give uniform temperature and preStainless Steelure. Construction Robust and rugged all weld construction which is leak proof unlike riveted construction. Inner chamber is made of thick plate of Mild Steel of non magnetic stainless steel of 304316 quality and jacket is made out of rolled steel.
