Contact SupplierStepless variable speed changer
The stepless speed changer can also be called a Variable Stepless Speed Drive, a stepless speed change gearbox. The most common stepless speed changers are hydraulic mechanical stepless speed changers and metal belt type stepless speed changers, whose purpose is to change or adjust equipment and energy changes. The stepless speed changer is mainly composed of a compact driving wheel device, a friction drive mechanism, and a speed control mechanism. It belongs to a gear transmission device that can change the transmission ratio of the output shaft and the input shaft in a fixed or stepwise manner. The stepless speed changer can choose a variety of complicated operation procedures such as speed change, braking, switching forward, reverse, slow start, slow deceleration and so on.
SGA Stepless Speed Changer Units Use Variable-speed Pulleys The units also called Belt Variable Speed Pulleys, these units change speeds without changing the distance between shafts by making the belt pitch diameter of one variable-speed pulley track the belt pitch diameter of another variable-speed pulley when its belt pitch diameter is changed. Since speed can be changed without changing the distance between shafts, more compact designs are possible, mounting is simple, and ease of use is exceptional. They can be combined with motor/speed reducer and electromagnetic clutches and brakes can also be built in. These units are easy to maintain and belt-type power transmission is efficient, helping to save energy.
