Hot Air Generator 500-1000nm/HR, 3000-3500nm/HR, 1000-1500nm/HR

Warm Stream's "VENTITHERM" direct and indirect type Hot Air Generators are fully automatic and run on on gas and oil. The ideal source of obtaining hot process air for Dryers, Ovens, Spray Dryers and other similar applications.

Indirect fired have temperature limitation upto 400° C. Indirect fired Hot air generators do not have any refractory and all internal parts like combustion chambers, heat exchangers are highly reliable with low thermal inertia and have virtually no maintenance. They offer 83% ± 2% efficiency (based on NCV) and are simple to operate. The capacity ranges between 50,000 Kcal/hr. to 25,00,000 Kcal/hr.

Direct Fired 'VENTITHERM', for the applications where contamination by carbon particles or combustion products do not matter for the product to be dried or baked, and higher temperature upto 100°.

Indirect fired 'VENTITHERM', for the applications where clean hot air is required for the drying as in Food processing, Paint backing or for some fine chemicals.

Wood and Coal fired models are also available for more economy.
