| Idala Recipe |
Take 500gms ldala mix, add 25gms. edible oil and mix it with water or butter milk. Make a paste like dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Add 4 chopped green chillies. To make it tasty coconut,ginger can be added. Pour the mixed dough in pan and steam it for 5 to 7 minutes. Tasty, Softy and Spongy IDLA ready to serve. |
