With tray size of 450 mm x 700 mm (18” x 27”), the working capacity of the bakery oven b-900 on per batch basis include bread 400 gm ( 168 loaves - 1 trolley x 14 shelves), sponge cake (53 kg - 1 trolley, 14 trays), buns 45 gm (432 nos - 1 trolleys, 18 trays), biscuits 20 kg - 1 trolleys, 18 trays), dry rusk 18 to 20 kg - 1 trolleys, 18 trays) and khari (12 kg - 1 trolleys, 18 trays).
