Instrument and Mimic Panel

We offer instrumental and Mimic Control Panel for varied industrial use. It provides the exact or approximate representation of any process plant for which the control panel or the desk is being used. With the help of this the representations can be controlled and the whole view of the plant from any place. It helps minimize defects by indicating the exact location of faults when the machine is working, and on the moment that it occurs. The mimic is easy for maintenance. It has different types of instruments to control the temperature flow and pressure of process. Mimic Panels find their application in various process plants like: Ash Handling, Cement plants, Railways, Petro-chemicals, Utilities, Iron and Steel, Distribution SCADA, Power Generation.
It consists of the following instruments of measurements.

Temperature control indicators
It controls the process temperature. When the temperature is set, it controls the temperature of the tank below the set temperature. It use RTD sensors and thermocouple to detect and control the temperature.
Level controllers and Indicators
It is applicable in controlling the level of the tank. It controls the high level or low level of the tanks by means of level sensors which gives signals in the form of 4-20 v or 0-5 v.
Mimic
mimic is used to display the actual status and process by means of mimic lamps. The indicators, starters, and controllers are used for different parameters of control.
