Instruction for use – Steep approximately 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of this relaxing Isvaari tea in just off the boil hot water for 4-5 mins. For lighter brews boil it for shorter. Enjoy it with brewed and strained. It is not intended to be directly consumed.
