JIGS (PLATING RACKS)

When large volume of production is required, it is convenient to use Plating Racks or Jigs. These jigs are made from copper or Brass and the contacts are made from Spring Steel or Phosphor Bronze. The Unit is then coated with an Acid / Alkali resistant Plastisol or PVC Coating.Jigs can even be made from S. S. and Titanium for specific applications. Jigs have to designed in accordance with the shape & size of component, Tank Size, production desired, and Current Distribution. We undertake designing & fabrication of Jigs for both Manual and Auto Matic Plants.
