The KARELA capsule is made from the Momordica charantia fruits powder. The Momordica charantia fruit is known as the bitter melon. The Karela capsule is useful in diabetes, malaria, psoriasis, high cholesterol, infections, alcoholism, piles, herpes, fatigue, gout, rheumatism, diseases of liver and spleen, leprosy, worms and parasites, breast cancer, ypertension, etc. The recommended dosage is two capsules twice a day.
