we are pleased to announce the start of commercial production of our fully automatic extrusion sheet line. we can extrude pp & hdpe sheets from 2 to 30 mm thickness.

we also manufacture compressed sheets from 10 to 100 mm thickness in pp, hdpe & hm. production schedule of the sheets are:

abs sheet : 1250 x 2000 x 2mm to 10nmm thick plain or embossed
compressed sheets :1230 x 4330 – 10mm to 100 mm thickness pp, hdpe & hmhdpe
extruded sheets : 1250 x 2000 – 2mm to 30 mm thickness pp & hdpe 2 mm to 15mm
ppgl : in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm & 8mm thick with one side cloth/fabric
uhmw : 1990 x 1230mm x 10mm to 75mm thick
hip sheet : 1250 x 2000 – 2mm to 20mm thick
cast nylon sheet : 1000 x 1000 x 2mm to 15mm
glow sign sheets : 1.4mm to 2mm thickness
pp transparent /pp ad clear sheet : 31000 x 1200 x 1.4mm thick
pp welding rod : 3mm, 5mm thick


extruded sheets of higher lengths can be made available on bulk requirement. we can also supply you pp sheets & glow sign boards in 1.4 mm thickness. the features and its application are mentioned hereunder for your ready reference:
