Our Laboratory Incubator serves wide range of application, which includes storage of thermosensitive materials like vaccines, typing sera, cultivation of bacteria, storage of dairy products, shell life tests, tissue culture work, enzyme testing and Incubation serum testing. Additionally, our Laboratory Incubator is also used in various other biological experiments and processes demanding a constant and uniform temperature range above and below ambient. Construction The cabinet is double walled with the interior made of 304 Quality Stainless Steel and the exterior of mild steel finished in non-corrosive paint. The walls are insulated with a thick layer of glass wool on all sides including the door frame. A full length inner Plexi Glass door with a latch permits viewing of the chamber without disturbing the test conditions inside the chamber. The outer insulated metal door is fitted with a magnetic gasket and lock. A blower mounted on the top of the chamber with motor located outside, ensures uniformity of the temperature. The entire Unit is mounted on Castor Wheels for easy mobility. Control All controls and indicators are conveniently located on a panel at the top and it is not necessary to open the chamber for adjustments. The panel consists of Voltmeter, Automatic Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller and Indicating Lamps for all switches and a safety fuse device. Cooling & heating A hermetically sealed compressor, coupled with an evaporation coil and fan cooled condenser, assembled in an easily serviceable tray at the bottom provides the cooling for below ambient temperatures. Refrigeration Coil is conveniently placed between the two walls of the inner & outer chamber extending from the top to the back of the working chamber. These coils are covered by an inner wall. The heating is provided through long lasting sealed heaters for temperatures above ambient, conveniently placed inside the working chamber completely shielded for protection against sample spills. Bacteriological incubators These Incubators are the NON-REFERIGERATED versions of the B.O.D. Incubators. They are designed to operate in the temperature range of Ambient plus 5^oC to 60^oCmaintaining an accuracy of ±O.5^oC. The Plexi-Glass Interior is substituted with a glass door and the Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller is substituted with an EGO Thermostat in the Economy Models. Optionals
