Lubrication for cster moulds:to lubricate the casting moulds in ccs we are producing the casting powder(for plain steel & alloy steel). For bottom pouring casting we are producing bottom pouring compound. 3. Tundish & ladle covering compound: to prevent the heat losses by radiation it work as a best covering insulator to stop the heat losses ,save electricity consumption due to tapping at lower temperature thus increases the lining life of the furnace and ladle. 4. Nozzle filling compoud for free openings of ladle & tundishes at steel melting shops. 5. Products for iron zones: (for blast furnace) mudgun mass for tap hole.runner mass, coating for pig casting moulds for lubrication and easy release of pigs from moulds.thus increases the life of pig moulds. 6. Hot metal transfer ladle cover: to avoid the hard crust and top ring formation at the top of the ladle,and also avoid bottom skull formation thus increases the ladle life & carrying capacity. It comes in two parts(for bottom & top charge). 7.rimset for producing quality rimming steel through ingot routes. To increase the metallic yield & reduces the consumption of aluminium. 8.
