Lancer Type Tube Polishing Machine (welding Joint Remover)

We are offering lancer type tube polishing machine (welding joint remover).

finishes : hairline, no.4, scrotch brite, matt.
minimum diameter – 10mm, max diameter – 100mm
polishing belt size: 100mm x 2000 mm, 150 x 2000mm
this machine is available in two three stations.
with special modification in machine – the machine can be used in dual mode i.e. With abrasive belt and also with emery flap wheel. In fact lancer machine is very useful to remove welding joint of pipe (sim). Pipes, which have lot of scratches of deep dents, can be aggressively polished by lancer belt. In case of 3 stations or 6-station machine it is recommended to install lancer head on first station.
