Large Capacity Forced Air Convection Ovens

MATRUSREE’s Large Capacity Ovens were designed to meet the demand for large capacity, multi-purpose ovens. MATRUSREE’s unique turbo blower system creates a true one-pass circulation pattern that provides both exceptional temperature uniformity and rapid heat recovery. A slide-operated vent allows the user to adjust fresh air ventilation. This permits adjustment from continuous fresh air intake to closed recirculation.

Two floor model ovens are offered to maximize laboratory space and allow high performance, large volume drying capabilities.

Muffle Furnace

High temperature Helical Resistance wire is wound on outer surface of the Refractory Muffle & is insulated with cerawool Blanket or is cemented with high temperature Ceramic Cement. The complete unit is then housed in thick gauge MS cabinet with single door (refractory Insulated). Temperature can be controlled with either Energy Regulator OR Digital Temperature Controller.

  Laboratory Heating Mantles

Heating mantles are used to heat various glass vessels in laboratories, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Dyes, Glass Plants etc.. MATRUSREE’s Heating Mantles offer uniform heat distribution for round bottom flasks. Whether the need is a self-standing mantle, a mantle to fit in a basket ring stand, or a full coverage heating mantle system, MATRUSREE has the solution.
Electric heating net is hand knitted from glass yarn and there is no joint to maintain the strength of the yarn and stands high temperature upto 350ºC.

The body of the mantle is spun one piece from non rusting Aluminium (upto 5.0 Lt. Capacity) duly Painted. All heating mantles are lagged with special grade mineral wool. To work on 220/230 Volts A.C.
