Energized Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. (ESIPL), was set up in 2010, with the motto of converting “Darkness to Light”. ESIPL embarked on its journey when it took the first baby steps by lighting 200 poorest homes in Bhilwara, Rajasthan as a Social initiative using LED lamps and Solar powered small systems. This demonstrated the utility and merits of both Solar and LED technology. Today ESIPL's products light rural homes across Bihar, Haryana, J&K, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, MP, Punjab, Rajasthan, UP & Uttaranchal.
ESIPL believes that by bringing latest technology and innovative products, India could become a power surplus state from power deficit nation without significantly adding to the generating capacity. Currently, lighting absorbs 22% of the nation’s consumption of power generated. By using the latest energy efficient LED technology, the same can be brought down to approx 9% thereby saving 13% of the energy needs - The country currently suffers from a 9.6% power deficit!
The venture demonstrates that businesses can be run successfully without banking on Government support in terms of incentives and concessions. In 2013, ESIPL was awarded in the Young Entrepreneurs category by the Government of Rajasthan. The company has also been given a positive rating by CRISIL.
ESIPL's strengths include in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities - in Gurgaon (Haryana) & Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). It's team comprises of full-time R&D professionals who have now spent over 1,000 man-months in developing top-of-the-line products. This has allowed ESIPL to create solutions that offer some of the highest technical specifications possible in respective product categories. The proof - Leading Institutions across verticals as diverse as Healthcare, IT, Automotive Components, Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail and Logistics all rely on ESIPL designed & manufactured lighting products.
ESIPL has been promoted by two engineers who were educated in the top ranking Universities of the United States of America. With a mission to bring prosperity to the mother land, they returned to India, instead of choosing the easier pastures of the developed world. One of the two promoters also holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
