This is more reliable techniques for continuous level indication and controlling of any liquid, since it is add on magnetic level indicator, has no direct contact with actual liquid. Hence – there is no question of corrosion, Sp. Gravity, temp, pressure, for smooth operation, this sensor tube is magnetically actuated with movement of magnetic float / tip.
Construction & Working:
The sensor tube is manufactured from non magnetic material to achieve undisturbed flux. it contains chain of reed switches & resisters. A magnetic float are tip tracks the level & activates reed chain. The change in resistance is in proportional to level & same is converted into 4-20 ma current by loop power transmitter and LCD unit indicates the reading.
