RRG Fresh Besan Flour, Color : Light Yellow

We are pleased to present our patrons with premium quality Gram Flour, which is commonly referred to as Besan. Besan (Gram flour) is a finely grinded powder made from Chana Dal (Black Gram). It is pale yellow in color. This flour is widely used as an ingredient in Indian cuisine, as well as in some Asian, Middle Eastern, and European dishes. The flour is used to make many delicious foods in Indian households, especially sweets like Laddus.
