Spiral earth rod is to provide a uniform and nearly zero potential on surface in and around the area where the electrical equipment is installed and erected. The spiral earthing consists of a 06 meter length of 17mm dia rod half straight and half compressed to spiral. The design of the rod connected to the earth's conductive mass provides a multi-directional path for grounding current to provide effective earthing at the time of a fault. And does not generate high value of step and touch potential.
