Long Pepper for Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Cooking

Long pepper (Piper longum) has deep roots in the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia, where it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine and traditional cooking for thousands of years. This spice was once highly prized along ancient trade routes, with Greek and Roman traders valuing it alongside black pepper.
