• Supplying & installing of new CNC System SIEMENS 828 D MULTI CHANEL   Package (4 Axes + 1 Spindle).
• A.C Servo motors of 36 NM, Vertical axis Ram having brake motors.
• Digital AC Drives for 36 nm motors.
• 10.4” color LCD.
• Manual pulse generator.
• PP Module -04 nos.
• SMC 20-04 Nos.
• All cables & connectors.
• Machine control panel-01 no.
• All required accessories.
• All manuals-01 set soft & hard copy.
• All required cables LAPP/FINOLEX/POLYCAB.
• Cable conduits as required.
• Power supply 24 v dc.
• Relay board PCB Terminal strip converters.
• Control transformer.
• Isolation transformer 150 KVA.
• Limit switches with limiting carriers.
• Supplying & installing of a new Electrical Control Panel (Rittal Make) with air conditioner for Panel Cooling.
• Supplying & installing of new Control Panel with all required switch gear items.
• Interfacing of the new AC Servo motors for all axes of required rating / capacity and the same will be connected to the new CNC Control. Required brackets will be made and fixed by us.
• The existing spindle DC motor & Drive with PLC will be retained and this will be properly interfaced to the new CNC controller.
• Machine wiring with cable conduits, cable carriers, cable ducts, limit switches for all axes.
• MPEG arrangement will be supplied for operator convenience.
• Supplying & installing of new Pedestal Type Operator Panel near the machine.
• Commissioning the new CNC System with PLC Ladder Logic Development with all interlockers & interfacing the same with the machine.
• Dry Run of the machine.
• Machine Trials.
