We offer high quality Prong Magnets for Pipeline Systems which is used for liquid materials. These are designed heavy duty large volume liquid and semi liquid line flow systems. Employed with stainless steel permanent magnet and tubes slip in cage these serves various functions. The captured tramp metal particles migrate to the rear of the tubes where they remain protected from wash-off until the tubes are cleaned. The cage has positioning lugs that mate with locating recesses in the body of the T-Trap preventing rotation as fluid flows through the trap. Having a top access bolt-on steel plate and seal, the T-Trap is easy to clean. With the top the magnet cage is simply lifted out, wiped clean and reinstalled. Our range of products are available in 7 standard line sized from 1 to 18 inches in diameter. These serve applications in various industries like plastic, food processing, glass and chemical industry.
