Magnetic Level Transmitter

We present highly advanced Magnetic Level Transmitter, which is used in a specified space to measure a variety of liquid, gaseous or solid materials in bulk. Electrical output is given by the Magnetic Level Transmitter for the measurements proportion to input level. The output can be an alarm or electrical charge that actuates a switch. The Magnetic Level Transmitters can measure levels by point or continuous level readings and output is given when leaves reaches a specific measurement. Float and guide tube (Stem) assembly is in non-magnetic material, with many glass encapsulated reed switches and resistors placed closely inside the guide tube. Operating Principle : The float moves on the stem to actuate the reed switches depending upon the level of liquid in the tank. This is achieved by a magnet system and leads to the development of proportional voltage inside. A transmitter situated in the enclosure is fed sensed voltage to convert it to a signal of 4-20 mA. This is done to be used with PLC / DCS or Level Indicating Controllers.
