High Intensity Roller Type Magnetic Seperator
We have specially developed High Intensity, High gradient, Permanent Magnetic Roller Separators with the Indigenously Developed Technology. Which has been used successfully in various Industries Specially Minerals. The Machine incorporates high energy Rare Earth Neodymium Permanent Magnetic RollAssembly, which is manufactured and assembled under strict quality control ana specification. Under High Intensity Magnetic Field, Magnetic Contamination can be easily removed effidently.
Operating Principle:
A short conveyor belt envelopes the Magnetic Rolland a tensioning Ideal Roll. A Suitable Feeder discharges material on the Belt. The Ferrous Material adhere to the Belt while the non Ferrous Material flow freely off the end of the conveyor.
