Belt Conveyor
Nitya Belt Conveyor is most suitable if we have to convey huge amount of material without any crushing of the material involved say cotton oil cake (usually crushing of cake is not preferred).
Our Belt Conveyors are designed to provide robust support with channels present on both sides. We specialize in designing Belt Conveyors in 2 and 3 Roller Type (suitable for big plants) and also in single Roller Flat belt Type (suitable for small oil mills).
Single Rollers Type will have steel angles present on top of the Belt to prevent any material from falling where as 2 or 3 Roller Type will be tapered by default(because of inclined rollers) resulting in no spillage.
Heavy duty bearings are present on each roller of the Belt Conveyor which helps in sustaining all the load carried by the belt.
