Kosek metal top rollers are of especially designed non-detachable, two row improved robust bearing type, which ensures extremely low bearing friction and minimum radial and axial run out, maximum concentricity stability high load carrying capacity, Zero ingression of dust and fluff, long life span, simple re- lubrication schedule.
- Axle and outer – 100% hardened and ground high carbon high cromium bearing steel (sad 52100)
- Grease : High quality carbon based, for smooth trouble free working.
- 100% Checking of all raw materials for dimensional and metallurgical parameters.
- Stringent operation wise process inspection for consistent quality of products.
- 100% Final inspection to ensure only defect free piece is reaching the customers.
