"MTG Evolution" combines the benefits of a technically advanced hose design together with a new concept of rubber hose as "safe industrial component" for a healthy and hygienic transfer of dairy products. It is entirely made from strictly selected ingredients which make it compliant with the most demanding International Food Standards.

Totally free from animal derivatives, plasticizers and any other potentially polluting substances, MTG Evolution preserves the natural properties of milk and by-products during transfer operations from farm to factory in accordance with the safety approach of the EU Directives (2007/19/EC - phthalates - and 2002/72/EC - materials and articles intended to come in contact with food). HIGH FLEXIBILITY at LOW TEMPERATURE Maintains flexibility also in cold environments with the main advantage of not
containing PLASTICIZERS in comparison with plastic hoses.
GOOD RESISTANCE against CHEMICAL CLEANING PRODUCTS With stands usual commercial cleaning and disinfection
products both inside and outside.

Construction : NR/NBR rubber (code 198SL), clear, smooth, odourless, tasteless, mirror-like. Complying with FDA food standards, German food legislation (BfR recommendations, cat. 2) and M.D. 21/03/73 and following amendments. RAL registration for food quality

Reinforcement : Plies of synthetic cord and embedded galvanized steel wire helix.

Cover : Synthetic polymer, blue, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, smooth, cloth finish.

Temperature Range :

From -30°C to +85°C depending on conveyed media.
Sterilisation up to +120°C for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
NB : non-oxidizing products in cleaning procedures are preferred.

Safety Factor : ≥ 3 times working pressure.
