Mashal Kachi Ghani Mustard oil is Agmark Grade -1, premium brand oil. Mashal Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil is manufactured in a traditional way with modern technology, where no chemical and high temperature heating is being used. Mashal brand oil is obtained from clean and sound Mustard seed of species like Brassica Compestris Linn (Yellow or Brown) Brassica Napus or a mixture of both.
The cold process helps to maintain the natural quality and aroma of oils. It has very low quantity of saturated fatty acid. Mashal Mustard Oil is a good source of mono unsaturated fatty acid with natural Omega-3 (Alfa Linolenic Acid). Omega-3 fatty acid is not synthesized by the human body. Therefore some extra source is required for the body to have omega -3 fatty acid. Mashal Brand Mustard Oil has suitable Omega-6 and Omega-3 ratio and appropriate mixture of both mono unsaturated and poly unsaturated fatty acid. It is very helpful in preventing early aging and making body cholesterol free. It has more vitamins & antioxidant.

Khandelia Business Group is a leading manufacturer and marketer of edible oils in both mustard and refined oil segment, based in Chandigarh, INDIA since 1976. We made a beginning in the year 1974, and since then with our product quality and dedicated work force, we have achieved sustained growth and unprecedented progress.
In order to keep pace with the company's growth and expansion, a second unit Khandelia Oil and General Mills Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1986 at Sriganganagar, Rajastan (one of the largest mustard seed producing area in the country). To add value to the company's products, a modern 200 TPD Solvent Extraction Plant was commissioned in 1993 at Sriganganagar to extract oil from company's by-product cakes. To further boost it's products, a latest 50 M Ton pet column continuous refinery of Alfa Laval was commissioned to manufacture refined oil and to meet up with the increasing demand in the market we established third unit Khandelia Udyog Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2008 in Sriganganagar, the next year fourth unit Khandelia Industries was set up in Sriganganagar. And to boost up the sales & marketing of the products, KBG established its marketing firm Khandelia Mercantile LLP in the year 2009.
Mustard oil and Refined oils are packed in good quality bottles and tins of various sizes. Mustard oil produced by the company is healthy and nutritious. It has low saturated fats as compared to other cooking oils. It also has antioxidant and cholesterol reducing properties.
