total consumption only 1 kg emulsifier for 100 ltr nitrobenzene 20 % formulation.
it gives thick homogeneous cream color emulsion, having good consistency, better appearance, & no separation for years (long shelf life). The emulsion is easily dispersible in water for foliar applications
jet one emulsifier is white thick paste and is non toxic, having no adverse effect on crop.
easy to use - simply mix 20 kg nitrobenzene with 1 kg jet one emulsifier , stir well stirrer for 10-15 minutes ,and then add 80 ltr water with continuous stirring for 10 minutes. No thickener is required. The emulsion is ready for packing.
viscosity and active content can be changed as required by changing water quantity and or quantity of jet-one.
10 kg emulsifier is sufficient for 1000 ltr thick ,cream nitrobenzene 20% emulsion,
