| Nylon Khaman Recipe |
Take to 200gms Packet add 10gms of oil and mix 3 cups of water. Make a paste like dough. Keep it a side for 10minutes. Now prepare water for boiling. Now add the small packet contents in to the mixed paste. churn all the contents of the paste like dough. Spread the mixed dough over a Thali and place it above the boiling water on the stove. Note, that at only full temperature will the khaman puff-up. As soon as the Khaman is ready remove the Thali from the boiling water and leave it to cool. After it's cooled, Slice it and sprinkle a cup of cold water over it After the sprinkled water is dried up than make a mixture of 25 gms Oil & Rai. Fried over the stove and add a few cut long green chillies and spread this over the Khaman with some coriander leaves and grated coconut and enjoy the Pleasure of eating the NYLON KHAMAN. |
