O Ring

Royal provides a complete range of O rings and back-up rings. O rings are available in 70 and 90 shore A hardness in NBR, whereas in 80 shore A hardness in Fluorocabon. Apart from these standard compounds Royal has the capacity to produce O rings in NBR, Fluorocabon, EPDM, Silicon etc as per design requirement. PTFE Back-up rings are used with a primary seal such as an o-ring in both dynamic and static applications to prevent extrusion of the oring when it is subject to high pressures. Two back-up rings should be used with one on each side of the primary seal
