    All standard o-ring sizes (imperial and metric) are available. Custom o-rings are available in standard cross-sections (imperial and metric) to any length or ID. They will be molded or spliced using vulcanizing or adhesive depending upon application.
       

    We can also supply encapsulated o-rings where one material is covered with a continuous layer of another material (usually Teflon® ).

    All standard International sizes are held in stock for immediately delivery, however, S P Eng. is also able to supply speciality O-Rings at competitive prices. Encapsulated, PTFE, Viton®, Kalrez Silicone and gas filled are just an example of typical non-standard materials we supply on a regular basis to a wide variety of valued customers.
       
    Metallic O-Rings can also be manufactured to individual customer specifications. Please contact us with your specific enquiries and let our Sales Team assist you in solving your sealing requirements.

    Nitrile, Silicone and Viton® are also available in closed-cell sponge for applications requiring high compressibility. Other elastomers (Butyl, EPDM, Pure Gum, etc.), PVC, Tygon and Urethane are also available. For guidelines on the performance of these materials, see Rubber/PVC Materials.
