Construction:

Lining

: Smooth lining of synthetic rubber compounds; uniform in thickness, smooth in bore, concentric & free from air blisters, porosity, resistant to oil and low aromatic solvents.

Reinforcement

: Plies of rubber impregnated woven textile or braided of high strength natural or synthetic fibre.

Cover

: Smooth, fluted or cloth marked finish of suitable rubber compound resistant to oil & solvent with weather, abrasion and ozone resistant property.

End Connections

: Each hose length has soft ends for Clamping or can be supplied with built in nipple and flanges on request.

Pressures:

W.P. of 0.7 MPa & B.P. Min. 2.1 MPa.
