Onion, the flavourful bulb delivers good nutrients and health-promoting phytochemicals. Onions contains essential sources of dietary fibre, folic acid, high amount of vitamin C, minerals (calcium, iron, potassium and manganese) and antioxidants.

Swadhika foods exports frozen IQF Onion in the form of Cuts/Full rings/Half rings and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fresh onions are sorted, graded and peeled. Using machines onions are either cut into rings or chopped as per customer’s request, blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The Frozen onions cuts are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
