• The magnet unit of the Over Band Magnetic Separators is available with electrolytic grade aluminium finishing.
• The electromagnetic coils of the Over Band Magnetic Separator, provided by us, are made from aluminium conductors that have high temperature resistant insulation which guarantees continuous operation.
• The Over Band Magnetic Separators consist of a short center belt conveyor that is fitted around the magnet unit. The magnet unit is mounted on to a fabricated framework.
• The conveyor of the Over Band Magnetic Separator is of the highest quality rubber and canvas type which is in a bolted position across the belt.
• The conveyor belt is made endless by means of belt fastener.
• The idler and drive drums of the Over Band Magnetic Separators are made from rolled steel and are fitted with shafts made up from high tensile steel.
