A pilot plant is a small system which is operated to find out about the behavior of a process before using it on a large industrial scale. The pilot plant is used for testing the quality of soaps in the Lab by preparing small batches and varying the quantity of ingredients until the desired product is obtained. This process is done before full-scale production takes place to get the best quality.
A Pilot Plant consists of every machine used in the actual industrial process of manufacturing but in a relatively smaller size that can fit in a lab and can be easily operated by Lab chemists for testing various batches of Soap, by varying as well as adding new ingredients like perfumes, fillers, colors etc.The test batch results give the idea that what would be the final product obtained when the same batch is made on a full industrial scale.

This company was basically established in 1990 under the name of NATIONAL ENGINEERING WORKS at Kanpur and since then has started its journey in the Soap and Detergent Industry serving clients in India and abroad.
As the time commenced, in 2008 the company evolved with a corporate name of QAZI ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED and since then its flourishing under the same name and is famous as a reputed brand in Detergent Powder , Detergent Cake, Laundry Soap, Toilet Soap, Acid Slurry & Pilot Plant OEMs and spare provider.
BUILDING AND INFRASRUCTURE:
The company is situated in Panki Industrial Area at Kanpur and has an area of over 20,000 Sq.feets with well equipped machinery and equipments to manufacture products according to the customer requirements. It is well within reach by road and has a corporate address as QAZI ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED, G-21, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Site-1 Panki, Kanpur- 208022, India.
