Structure and working

• This machine is designed to get the best mixing results in various industries
• There is a heavy base made of fabricated Mild steel section
• Heavy pillar, which supports all the tensional and dynamic forces coming during mixing
• The motor is mounted on the top side attached with a gearbox
• There is a planetary gear assembled inside the top cover and attached to the drive shaft of gear box
• A perfectly designed and fabricated blade is attached to the driven shaft
• This rotates on its own axis and around a bigger blade also at the same time
• There are facilities for lifting and lowering of total blade unit provided in order to move the vessel towards and from the machine blade
• There are options for manual lifting and motorized lifting available
• There are inbuilt switches and controls provided at the machine top cover
• Machine comes with a drive unit, structure, a vessel made of SS304/SS 316
• The Planetary motion at the mixing beater ensures effective homogenous mixing of the various ingredients
• Standard Mixer consists of single mixing beater which rotates in planetary motion i.e. clock wise direction about the central axis and anti-clock wise direction about its own axis
• The main drive, lifting and lowering operations is motorized, hydraulically operated or manual as per specification
• The product bowl (Vessel) is mounted on castor wheels for easy portability for washing and transporting the material
• Vacuum Jacketed Mixer consists of two open beaters moving in planetary motion, scraper blade and centrally located high shear emulsifier (optional) run by a separate motor for manufacture of creams, ointments, suspensions etc
