PVC Conveyor Belt

PVC/PU specially designed with Polyester fabrics, which is very flexible, low stretch and tear resistance. These belts are resistance to food acid, fats, alkaline, chemical and oil. PVC/PU belts are commonly used in feed and grain industries. These belts comes in different patterns like Plain (glossy and met finish), top diamond, top jogger, rough top etc. in different colour like white, green and black with thickness of 2mm,3mm,4mm ,5mm etc.

Construction :

• Top Cover : A mechanical characteristic of a belt depends on the various coating materials, thickness and pattern.
• Carcass : Capable to meet various applications due to features like elongation, belt tracking, low noise and antistatic properties.
• Bottom Cover : Smooth cover, fabric, impregnated fabric or embossed cover used for sliding bed or roll support.
