Rasmalai

A highly popular dessert in India and Bangladesh, Rasmalai is made up of ‘Ras’ or juice and ‘Malai’ or cream. Thought to be closely related to the Rasgulla, another dessert with quite an identical nature in terms of flavors, the Rasmalai consists of paneer balls that may be white or yellow in color dipped in milk cream. The Rasmalai is indeed a delicious experience for the ones with a sweet tooth.
