The Rate Table is a PC based programmable rate-of-turn table using sophisticated direct drive servo loop incorporating state of the art high accuracy rotary and motion simulation test features. The functions and configuration of the digital controller are fully programmable by the operator for convenience in setting the test profiles. These functional capabilities have been provided using a PC interface, which has user-friendly programs.
The system is offered with a ruggedised panel incorporating the electrical control sub-system, the supervisory PC, the solid-state intelligent drive, the regulated power supply and other necessary accessories. The table houses 96 slip rings for interface to supply and signals of the test system.
