Red Chilli Powder (EnEm), For Food

Recipe - En Em is a unique, age old blend, processed from special varieties of Hygienic colorful Indian red tow type of flavor combination of chillies with stem. It is mild-hot and imparts glowing pure natural red color to curried dishes making them attractive and more palatable and Hygienic Taste. For best results fry chopped onions in oil till golden. Then add chopped tomatoes and En Em. Stir till it is homogenized, and imparts the red color. Then proceed with your normal cooking. If not using tomatoes, reduce flame, add En Em and as soon as it imparts color, proceed further.
