Kulambu chilli powder is a must have in south indian fish curry, egg curry, tomato curry and tamarind curry. It adds that extra spice to the food, thus making it palatable. The kulambu chilli powder we supply is dry roasted and then ground to make a fine powder. It can be used in vegetarian cuisines too.
